    APPETIZER: One pound of fresh Adule wild cockles tossed with white wine, lemon, butter, cilantro topped with crostini
    ​PASTA: Black linguini tossed with assorted fresh fish, cockles, mussels, in a Cioppino style tomato broth, topped with half of a Maine lobster and whole prawns
    STRIPED BASS: seared and teamed with potato croquette, broccoli rabe, fresh porcini, and wild mushroom sauce
    SWORDFISH; Grilled and teamed with red sauce, fingerlink potato, leeks and carrot sauce, Old Bay scallops in the shell
