    BLACK LINGUINE: Fra diavolo sauce with half of a Maine lobster, jumbo lump crabmeat and shrimp
    SWORDFISH: Grilled and topped with langostini with tomato, red onion, black olives and cilantro salad.
    STONE BASS: Carolina wild caught, pistachio dusted, served with lemon buerre blanc and jumbo lump crabmeat
    SALMON: Served with shitake mushrooms, garlic, cherry tomato, thyme, and demi-glace sauce
